I am a bricklayer by trade and worked on major building sites early in my career for a period of 20 years of which is a great place to learn your skills. I then moved in to site management working for Redrow and Bryant homes achieving multiple NHBC awards, then I was approached to start up a smaller house building company of which I enjoyed for a period of 10 years.
