Question 1

Do bricklayers in New Eltham handle foundations or just the brickwork?

Many bricklaying contractors in New Eltham can lay small foundations for garden walls or garages, but larger structural work may require coordination with a builder or groundworker. Always clarify the scope before the project begins.

Question 2

Do bricklayers in New Eltham supply the materials, or do I need to buy them myself?

Accepted Answer

Most bricklayers in New Eltham will supply the materials as part of their quote, including bricks, mortar, sand, and cement. However, if you want to use specific materials (for example, reclaimed or decorative bricks), you can discuss sourcing them yourself. Always clarify who is responsible for ordering and delivery before work begins.

Question 3

Can bricklayers in New Eltham work during winter?

Question 4

Can bricklayers in New Eltham lay blocks or stone as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most New Eltham bricklayers will also be trained to work with concrete blocks, stone, and breeze blocks. This versatility is useful for projects like garden walls, garages, and outbuildings that use mixed materials.
