Stuart Lane (of "Stuart Lane Services", previously known as "LLG") responded to my call for quotations within an hour of my posting the job on MyBuilder, then he came to see the site of the work early the next working day, & he then sent me a reasonable quote just a couple of hours after his visit. Stuart then did the work on the day we agreed upon, and in the manner which had been agreed. You can judge his work for yourself by examining the four photographs I am posting with this review. One of them shows the poor condition of the old concrete plinths beneath the three vertical beams at the front of the barn. The other three photographs show the expanded plinths which Stuart created around the old bases. (Once the blocks of concrete have thoroughly dried out, I will then paint it black, and the barn will then look smarter - as well as making the barn safer.)

I have to say that the service from JT Construction was outstanding. We were kept informed at all times as to what was happening. We were having a new bathroom fitted in a holiday let so were not on site for the work. Jamie and his team removed the old bathroom, fitted a new one, undertaking all the electric work, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and providing advice and suggestions where needed throughout the project.
