We hired Audrius initially as his quote was very competitive and I felt confident with his knowledge and practical approach to repair our roof, this was to remove all the slate tiles, lay new felt, new batons and replace with as many usable original tiles, this was organised and completed with as little disruption as possible to ourselves and we were highly pleased with the finished roof. We discussed further renovation works we wished Audrius to carry out so work continued with loft conversion, basement conversion, chimney brests removed, new boundary wall, replastered ceilings throughout, his team were polite and always cleared away when they left for the evening and they were always early in the morning. All problems were sorted quickly and the best solutions found always with costs kept to a minimum, we also changed things here and there and Audrius always had excellent ideas which would save costs and keep our budget in check. Audrius and his team are professionals and we have other work for them in the future and will not be using anyone else.

Orgert and his co-workers did an exactly job building two raised beds (2 long brick truths plus a square wall on either side) I could not have been more pleased with the finished job. The design was done exactly as how I wanted. I look forward to having Orgert and his team to work on other projects I have planned in the near future.

I hired Patrick for a seven course decorative shed base and I would thoroughly recommend him. Aside from his work (which was excellent) he was very quick to respond to text messages, turned up on time, keen to discuss with me what I wanted and explained to me how the same could be achieved. He also went above and beyond by advising on the next steps of my project which I will be doing myself (roof construction on the shed). Overall I'm very happy with the service provided.

Johnny was very nice to deal with. When there were problems they were quick to find ways to rectify them. They started at short notice& finished on time which I was very impressive. We got a no. of quotes,Johnny was middle of the range but with a better level of service than others. Johnny was very open about when things might cost more &gave us the option if we wanted to proceed. A few things to note: -this was our 1st experience of any building work &we should have remembered they are builders, not designers -we both work long hours &so most days didn't see the team to get an update or brief them. This meant a few things were missed or miscommunicated - while most of the team were lovely the electrician used was horrible to deal with. He got very cross about requested changes, didn't deliver everything requested &just did silly things like putting in a light switch with 2buttons where there was only one Light or hanging lights incredibly low when we had given measurements of where we wanted them - we got Johnny's team to build some extra storage for us which on the whole was fine but some things weren't centred or for example the wine rack they built was wonky Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend them but would suggest be home to oversee the work more than once a week (must be true of any building work!) and get your own electrician. Very happy to talk to people and give references-the house looks great now.

MillsTed were fantastic. They took the pebbledash off our house and completed all the work in 5 days. The house now looks amazing and we've had lots of positive comments from neighbours. Gary was friendly, considerate and really knows his stuff. He even painted our window sill and cleaned the windows! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
