EXCELLENT! Would recommend Ben Reynolds without hesitation. Hardworking, efficient honest and trustworthy. Kept me in the loop all the way and was reliable and punctual. His team worked super hard too. Did a really great job for a build that was a pain in the butt. Andrew completed our partly finished patio to an excellent standard, beyond our expectation. From attending to quote and completion, Andrew and his boy were polite, very experienced, professional, accommodating & easy to work with. Reasonable quote, cleaned up after. They went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Andrew is a credit to the trade. We will not hesitate to use him again & my neighbour now wants to use him as also very impressed.

I work on site as a self employed bricklayer doing jobs such as; building houses, repair work, retaining walls and boundary walls. I’ve acquired some very good skills over many years which I’m excited to introduce into the private world and create something special for my customers.
Gareth is one of the most outstanding traders we have dealt with in the last 12 months of renovation work. His communication is fantastic, his professionalism brilliant, and his enthusiasm for his work is infectious. He carried out a task to build out a wall to support bifolds for us when so many people said it couldnt be done. He did it with ease and with a smile on his face the whole time. Although young, he has huge experience under his belt having done work on some beautiful homes in Cardiff that we know well. He turned up on time, his work was was clean and tidy, he was informative and patient with all our questions. His work ethic was like nothing i have seen before, staying late to make sure everything was finished on time. We will keep Gareths details for future work as people like him are hard to come by.
