Fully electrify a new rear, 2 storey side, porch extension and shed. Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. He suggested improvements to the the lighting layout and configuration were taken aboard. I highly recommend him and I'll also be using him to change my house consumer unit in the coming weeks.

Really strongly recommend Joseph and the team at Ryland homes. Their pricing is competitive but the real standout is the excellent communication and quality work they do. For our job frequent bad weather meant having to rearrange things for good weather windows, which Joseph always did with no fuss and for a time that was convenient to us. We're certainly planning on working with Ryland homes again in the future

Neil did an excellent job repairing my brick wall. He provided a very competitive quote, and didn't increase the price when the job was more difficult than expected and needed more materials. He was very good on communications and reliable with planned dates for the works. He is also a very nice man to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
