I had Panesar Builders build a dormer extension garden room and a bedroom above the garage around two years ago. I deliberately waited before writing a review to be sure there were no hidden issues — and I can happily say everything has held up perfectly. Before choosing Panesar Builders, I researched and spoke with many builders. His quote came in at a fair, middle-ground price — not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I felt confident in my choice, and two years on I can say it was absolutely the right decision. The work was completed to a high standard, communication throughout the project was clear, and the whole process was smooth. Two years later, the extension is still solid, with no problems at all. Fully electrify a new rear, 2 storey side, porch extension and shed. Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. He suggested improvements to the the lighting layout and configuration were taken aboard. I highly recommend him and I'll also be using him to change my house consumer unit in the coming weeks.

AVOID. Ernie incorrectly installed my drains under my house which has caused awful smells and sewage to leak under my house causing long term damage to my foundations Three professional drainage company’s have put a camera to see a Dropped pipe from new to old house. They have identified a connection that was never appropriate. Unfortunately, Ernie after being given many opportunities does not accept any responsibility. He is not an expert at all trades so be careful. I’ve asked him to help put right by exposing the floor which has Underfloor Heating. This has now cost me tens of £000s. My fault for not using a professional team at the beginning of my project.

Peter was the on-site foreman on our complete house renovation, which took just over a year. This included an additional ensuite pod bedroom in the roof and a side-return and extension to the kitchen. Peter was totally reliable throughout the project and thoroughly professional. Throughout this time we were living in the house with the children. He was always on time, managed the on-site team well and communicated clearly with us. His workmanship is high quality and he was also a stickler for checking the work of others and getting it updated if it wasn’t up to scratch. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

MillsTed were fantastic. They took the pebbledash off our house and completed all the work in 5 days. The house now looks amazing and we've had lots of positive comments from neighbours. Gary was friendly, considerate and really knows his stuff. He even painted our window sill and cleaned the windows! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
