Mr Joni from MARDEA construction was both professional and totally trustworthy. I required a 6m double skin garden wall with pillars in my front garden. MARDEA were one of the most competitive quotes and so I chose them due to to their detailed break down of the costs and time required. We reviewed a build date and they stuck to the schedule. Mr Joni was skilled, efficient, but most importantly in a labourer - honest and trustworthy. They finished the build on time and with no extra costs, keeping good communication during the build. I hired Leonard Property Ltd to do some fire safety works to my HMO (as required by the Council), to include extra fire doors, safety panels, fire proofing of meter cupboard etc. They carried out the work swiftly, diligently and to a high standard and at a competitive price. They are a professional team with and good responsive communication verbally, on email, text with a great knowledge of the HMO sector (Richard having written a book on the subject). Ideal Construction has just finished digging out my garden and building a retaining wall with a curve that looks very impressive.
