Heera, Jagthar and team was my first personal experience with builders. Let me tell you, it was a pleasure to have them do our porch and other renovations in the house. They are so courteous, hard working and provided a great service. Firstly, I had a comprehensively written quote breaking down all of the steps required. Heera then ensured to keep me in the loop of any developments/any changes of plan required, outlining the reasons why and options, making it easy to understand and work together to completion. Their finish was to a high quality and they would always go the extra step to ensure this. I highly recommend AS Builders for any job and will definitely use them again in the future, and would recommend to my friends and family also. I hired Khalsa Construction to install a beam and block floor and erect walls for my extension. I ended up letting them do the whole job which included roofing, electrical, kitchen installation, plastering etc. All done to a superb standard and am very happy with the work. Vikram is a really nice honest guy who is very quiet and will go out of his way to help. He probably did much more than he should have in terms of sourcing materials which due to the virus were in short supply but he always managed to help me find what was required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Khalsa Construction and will be using them again.

Decent builders but with extremely poor communication skills. First the good points: 1. They are good at internal finishes 2. They create and use a Statement of Work (SOW) to track all costs of the project, so there were no major surprises in the project 3. They are friendly and hard workers - who arrive on time Gotbath UK Ltd used subcontractors to build us a 6 meter rear extension. Although they had an in-house architect, they did not know the law around boundaries which resulted in a conflict with our neighbours. After spending hundreds on hiring a boundary surveyor, the initial wall had to be re-built within our boundary. Gotbath did not take any responsibility for the wrong information they provided to us regarding boundaries and charged us for the rebuild. When discussing how to finish the inside of the extension, GotBath were extremely slow in ordering supplies and in general responding to us, so we took matters into our own hands and ordered materials ourselves which were removed from the SOW provided to us. At the end of the project, finishes took a long time and required constant chasing. Final gas, electrical and warranty documents took a long time to reach us and required a lot of chasing too. I have very little confidence that GotBath will honour the warranty document they have provided to us. It's a shame because I can see GotBath have a lot of potential as a builder. However, their lack of communication has really let them down.

An honest tradesman. During our initial call, he advised that the soil pipe flashing might need replacing, but after attending, he confirmed it was only the soil pipe storm cover that needed replacement, saving me money. Andrew did a fantastic job.

Had a very positive result with Bradley and his team. Always on time starting at 7am, worked very diligently over a three day period leaving the place very clean & tidy. Very happy with the finished work which was to a very high spec, hate to paint over the beautiful plaster work. All electrical/brickwork carried out meeting our expectations with attention to detail throughout. All three gents very courteous and helpful right up to completion of work, would recommend B A Construction to anyone who wants a professional job. I would definitely hire them for future projects. Excellent work and very satisfied with reasonable cost.

Paul has been a great find. He arrives early and had worked hard to give us a great result in a small extension. Using old unusual sized reclaimed to match existing, he has made s fantastic job. As his work was so good, we added on an external wall in need of repair and couldn't have expected s better result. Plasterers and electricians that we have been using have offered him jobs elsewhere with clients who are struggling to get this quality brickwork. Very happy with the result and a tidy site each night as well. Great find, great job.

I gave this person the plumbing work for my house extension and renovation for the existing of the house, at first this person was polite and well behaved, after he was given the first instalment, his intentions became clear. The contract, which was signed by both of us, was ignored. it was allegedly written by his 17 years old son, who left them and that the man is not responsible for the contract. Whilst the man and his brother were doing the plumbing a few things which were lying around the house had gone missing, as well as the fact that he had just spontaneously disappeared for two-three weeks at a time on multiple occasions. In each occasion he had brought up excuses such as his wife had a heart attack or he had been to Poland for a bereavement. Towards the end his attitude had changed as he became more aggressive. He had persuaded me to give the last installment and promised to be devoted to the task at hand. As soon as I entrusted him with my hard-earned lump sum from my pension he took his tools and left, resulting in me having to find other tradesmen to do the remainder of the work. In his profile he advertised that he has a diploma and many other qualifications in plumbing, I have my doubts as he could not hold a basic conversation in English. This made me suspect whether he really did receive these “qualifications”. His work had many faults within it which forced me to turn to another plumber.

The job was completed within a nice time The only thing was that £230 was agreed and then when he arrived he had a second person to help so increased the price to £300 as now 2 people needed to be paid apparently but we mutually agreed at £250 (£20 more than the agreed price) Overall a decent job for the price

Completed Side extension and 6m rear extension last Oct. Overall happy with the work. Digging, foundation, Bricks, structure, insulation, Roofing, Tiles, plumbing, flooring, painting, etc were done to good standard. Some of the minor corrections, changes or fixes needed near completion were done accordingly. Quote was in midrange and reasonable compared to compared to some others I received. Raman is very easy to work with and clear in his communication. Never had any issues all through construction through to finalising stages. Would recommend Raman to others.
