The end result was OK however there were numerous trust issues along the way which left a very bitter taste. For example we had rubble from another job they were working on, dumped outside our home and they denied knowing where it came from. Also they built over a sewer pipe without blocking it at all, which allowed rats to enter our property - they then blocked the hole with a black bin liner that the rats obviously gnawed through - then we were told the rats came in because of our standard of cleanliness! This would be a negative review however the end result was ok - it did come with a hell of a lot of stress though.

We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. We would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly to anyone considering similar work.

Marcel and his dad did a truly outstanding job installing herringbone wood flooring and new skirting boards in my living room. Their workmanship is absolutely flawless a solid 10/10. They not only matched the existing herringbone pattern from my kitchen seamlessly, but completed the entire job over a single weekend with precision and care. The results are stunning. Both Marcel and his dad were experienced, polite, and trustworthy throughout I felt comfortable leaving them in the house while I ran some errands. Fatos was an excellent choice. We agreed on a price and a date that was within the week and the price was very reasonable. Fatos also did an extra job for that he didn't charge me for even after I offered to pay him for. I was so pleased with Fatos job and experience that I am going to hire him to do more jobs for me. After Doni replied to my posting, communication was very good and clear. On the day he arrived a few minutes early. I showed him what was required and then I left him to it All done to first class standard under 2½ hours. (I estimated 1-4 hours). So I'm very pleased with the result. I will definitely hire Doni in the future.

I needed a carpenter quickly to ease a large wooden garden gate that would not open as it was swollen and to adjust a shed door that had dropped. Also to create two new small doors fitting at the bottom of a BBQ area. Armando replied immediately to my request and indeed came round that night (Friday) to review the job. He gave me a quote and came Sunday to do the job having bought all the materials he needed. It was freezing and he worked solidly for almost 4 and a half hours and did a very good job including painting the new doors and where he had repaired the gate. He came back today to finish the painting. I found Armando to be punctual, polite, courteous and reasonable. His work was good and I have now asked him to do more work for me when the weather is warmer.
