**A good standard of workmanship for supply and fitting of four air bricks** The job was on a large double front Victorian town house in London. The scope changed due to last minute client change, from three air bricks to four which was competitively re-priced. Marian's communication was excellent and timely. Reference photos were provided and the builder has solid specialist experience in handling the products. He matched the mortar carefully. The job had several challenges including working at height, without power, and with no cavity in walls, Flemish brick bond. The job was completed within a few days of invitation on mybuilder. I would not hesitate to recommend Marian and his friend to anyone for specialist Victorian private work in the north London area.

This was a job I started but could not finish so even being a Sunday kieran still attended and was one of the most polite and friendly builders I have worked with. The overall quality of the work was excellent and way better than I expected.
