Quickly came out and gave me a review of the situation and an estimate. Repaired brickwork to make use of and keep the old bricks. Explained everything he did and why to me.. gave detailed explanations and discussion about gate attachment. Rebuild the structure to be more robust. Knowledgeable person will to chat and clearly wanted to help out as well it was a situation that impacted safety of general public and was prioritised accordingly. If you would like a builder who listens to your needs; looks you in the eye and makes sure you are happy with the progression of your build, do not doubt Ivor Galliott and Troy - workers of precision engineering. They brought honesty, knowledge, alacrity and humor to my build - we laughed until the cows came home for milking with knitting, home cooking and family top of the agenda. My fire surround is the beautiful testament to their work and they did exactly what it said on the Cotswold Stone. Working with respect in my home, their manners are impeccable. Ivor and Troy cleaned up every day making sure their tools were safely stored for the next day. I have asked them to return next year to soundproof a wall for me. Like me, my family and friends are in awe. And the most important ingredient : Ivor and Troy like cwafe, milk and 1 sugar. Thank you so much. Joy 🍁🍁
