Toby has done a really good job. The patio he has repaired was in worse condition than I had anticipated. Once the shed had been moved to clear that part of the patio, we found many more loose and sinking pavers. Toby has coped excellently and affordably with the extra work. He is easy to deal with and communicates clearly and in a timely manner. Thoroughly appreciate his work. I am happy to be able to recommend him.

Dave propt up the rear basement wall of our 4 story Victorian house, removed the brickwork, built and strengthen wall sides, put in steel girder and make good around and above. Finally laying the patio in the garden I found Dave has a professional approach to his job and very please with his workmanship (quality). I found him to be professional at his job, approachable and has provided good ideas to help us. He is reliable and always cleans up after his work. I would have no problem using Dave again and would recommend him highly.

We would definately recommend H&H landscapes for any garden work. They gave a fair quote and are very knowledgeable about plants and anything garden related. They suggested ideas for our garden borders, which had gone wild over the years, and we are very happy with the end result. We have since reused H&H to have our patio extended and a new lawn laid. They are very reliable and all work has been carried out to a very high standard.

Paul visited the site before commencing the work to view and discuss the job, he fitted the job into his schedule very quickly and on the day (Sunday) he arrived on time and was a hard worker, the work was completed at a very competitive price and he left the site on completion very tidy and I would use him again and comes highly recommended.

We needed to reconfigure the downstairs living area of our 70s house to make a more useable living space and of the traders who visited us to see the job, Dan Green from DJG stood out as friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and imaginative, helping us to figure out how we could achieve our plan. Once instructed, he started the work quickly and was very communicative, happy to reply to texts and have phone calls to discuss all sorts of things in addition to being easy to talk to on-site. He and his team took out a dividing wall and an old brick fireplace, old floors, old radiators and old doors, and installed a new kitchen, appliances, lighting and flooring, finishing it all off nicely so that our home is now transformed into a beautiful and functional space with a much better flow and more natural light. It has transformed how we live in the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Dan for help with future projects.

Connor and his team turned up when they said (weather permitting) and kept in good contact throughout. The quote was extremely reasonable and there were no changes. The work done has been to an extremely high standard. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them again. They were friendly, cheerful and hard working. Possibly my best experience ever of builders.

Adam persuaded me that I did not really want to store things in the attic and had no ongoing use for access afer it was insulated. We dicussed my next project which was to open up the eaves attic and insulate and board that. Adam saw the posibilies in this and set to. I now have an 18ft long tunnel with exits at both ends and a solid floor on which I can store boxes and crates with all the stuff that I probably should have thown away. Adam has been a great help and I shall no doubt be calling on him again.

From the initial quote through to the finished works, the team at Coleman Construction were first class. The works included taking away an old garden wall after a tree was felled during storms, a new block work wall was erected, then rendered and trim finished and painted to seamlessly blend in with the existing garden wall. The professionalism of the the various skilled trades was to a very high standard. Dan Coleman managed and synchronised the project in a very timely manner and was really accommodating to our needs. What really stood out for me was how courteous and respectful all the team were, making sure there was minimum disruption during the project, a customer first approach and a real joy to have in our home.
