Hired Nathan to fit a shower and tile around it replace bath, toilet and sink. As soon as the shower was fitted and was told it was ok to use there was a leak underneath the bathtub which he was made aware of and supposedly fixed. After the job was finished we noticed water had started dripping through our living room ceiling downstairs, the toilet was also leaking and there is smell coming from it, it also wobbles as you sit down or gently touch it. He has been on more than 3 occasions to fix these issues but nothing has changed. We still cant use the shower/bath as it leaks onto the floorboard, the toilet leaks and wobbles. We initially agreed on the phone that we would get a quote from someone else to fix the issues which he would pay for but he is now going back on his word offering £100 for resealing with silicone ( Which he has done on all the occasions he has come to fix the leak and it hasn't helped) The bath is covered in silicone including around the shower screen which is very messy and still leaks. we have managed to get other quotes (which are more than £100) and have been informed nothing has been installed properly we were shown how the toilet/shower and bath are not properly attached to the wall. The surprising thing is Nathan didn't seem to know what was causing the leaks in the first place which make me doubt he is a plumber. We have been left with a toilet we cant use and a wet ceiling that we now need to have fixed. Surely this is not right?

We asked Roger to remodel our ground floor making the separate kitchen and dining room into one space. This also meant creating a new internal door way and blocking up the bottom half of a large floor to ceiling window and an existing external side door. Roger took down the separating wall, inserted a steel beam and made good all area's ready for a new kitchen. We were really happy with Rogers work, he was really easy to deal with, friendly, arrived when he said he would and most importantly for us showed he was a professional in his trade by giving advice, especially on things we hadn't even considered. The finished job was great and better than we had hoped. We would have no hesitation in recommending Roger and will be asking him back soon to start some further work for us.

Work was done well and any issues that were raised that could not of been foreseen was always dealt with quickly. Friendly and could trust as I often left him alone in my house while I went to work and always kept me up to date with progress. Even helped me with small things that would look better that wasn’t even in the plan! :-) would use again when I come to do other work on the house.

Ricky is old school turned up everyday spot on time , he built the porch from basic plans no fuss got on with the job has done a great job he is definitely a master bricklayer with a lot of experience, I have other work in the near future and hopefully Ricky will be able to do it for me . I’m quite fussy with my jobs if your looking to have some work done id definitely recommend Ricky without a doubt Many thanks Ricky
