I posted my job on Friday evening, needed a small wall rebuilding. Phil fitted me in very quickly, came out to do the job Sunday, I also had some other bricks that had come loose on another wall, Phil sorted this out for me at No extra cost. Very happy with the work he has done and a very good price, not like some other quotes I have had, who were going to rip me off. He was very polite and professional, left my garden all nice and tidy. I contacted Alex regarding some advice on my garden as I was unhappy with the design when I purchased my house as it was not suitable for my needs because my mobility had deteriorated and I was not therefore able to access or use the garden safely. The problem with the garden was that it sloped downhill but in two different directions so I was vulnerable to falling as it had loose stone on it which moved, like being on a pebble beach when walking on it! This was very unsafe for me and caused me to fall several times! When Alex came to view and advise, he was punctual, very approachable and listened to the issues I had. He was knowledgeable and clearly very experienced and had ‘clear vision’ of how it could look and offered very sound advice, considering my requirements/needs. We discussed everything together and decided to utilise the space more effectively so that I could access all areas of the garden safely. Alex measured it and from his preliminary sketches on site, calculated what it would need. He drew more detailed pictures and gave me quantities of what materials I would need to order when I was ready to go ahead. It involved dividing the garden into two levels. The existing patio was to be removed, extending the existing patio out further to give me more space on the upper level. This then required a retaining wall to be built with drainage, in filling with hardcore raising the original extended patio to the correct height, levelling it and putting in a flight of steps so I could access the lower level safely. The lower level was to be dug out, levelled, a pathway to the rear gate and a smaller corner patio for a seating area put in and the remaining areas to be done in either artificial grass or stone. A complete new porcelain patio was to be laid on the upper level and specific areas on the lower level. The work was done in stages at a time frame to suit us both and was completed to a very high standard indeed. He is honest, hardworking and very trustworthy as the work was completed whilst I was ‘out of the way’ and in hospital. So when I came home after discharge, it was a wonderful surprise to see the finished results which then enabled me to convalesce peacefully through the summer months in the garden, something that brought be so much joy after not being able to use it for so long and in hospital for two months!!! Having a new garden makeover has totally changed my life. I would not hesitate to use you again and would certainly recommend you to others as all who have seen your work and my garden since completion have said how wonderful it is and your design has made the garden look so much better and much bigger too as it has opened it up considerably! Thank you Alex …. you’re a star!

LMR, Lewis has done a fantastic job of our rear extension. It is 3.5x7.5m and has 3 roof windows and 5m bifold doors. He has delivered on time and to the quote he gave us. From start to finish he has been very professional and has a small good quality trade men working for him. We have trusted him with a key to our home and felt comfortable with this. His men are polite and experienced also very trustworthy as I lost a £10 note in the garden and a few days later they found it and returned it to use! I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Matt and Dave re-pointed the stone front of my house, installed new brick window sills, build a new fireplace and also some garden steps. All work was very well done, and just as importantly they were on site promptly exactly when they said they would be and communications were very good. What a great team who have come in where others left off to finish our 8x8m extension roof with hips. Slate tiles, velux windows, valley gutters, oak facias… we are so pleased with the work completed by Ray and Simon. We have asked them to stay on our build to help finish it and we know after seeing the roof completed that we are in good and experienced hands. These chaps really care about what they do and how they do it, builders with integrity! We hope to continue working with the team for sometime to come!
