Hi I would like to thank Brian Mathie and his team of BM Development for completing the work that I had asked to be done,it was a big job removing brick walls and rebuilding new ones and putting in drainage, lifting and replacing patio slabs and moving front slabs and building new steps to the patio. I explained to Brian what I wanted done and Brian was able to explain the best way to place the drainage etc.The lads doing the job did a excellent job of the drainage and of building all of the brick walls and the steps, and tidied up at the end of each day and they were a nice and friendly and happy always singing. Had Davie out today to build a front door step, he was friendly and informative throughout and it cost exactly what we were quoted. Although not the biggest job the attention to detail was 2nd to none right down to matching the existing brickwork on the house and he tidied everything up to a level better than what I expected, no matter how big or small the job I would highly recommend giving them a call.

All seemed to be well from the initial meeting, however when the job started the quality of the brick work was very poor. When i contacted them about it i got no response and i have now had to hire another builder to take down the work which had been done and start again. I have photos to support this.
