Professional Polish builders (london) ltd,?this is a suitable name for this company. They built an extension and loft for me in the time standards set. They aren’t a cheap service but the professionalism of this boys goes beyond and above. I’ve seen a lot in my life and it was the third extension I designed for myself as I’m architect. It is hard to find an honest builder who will tell you the truth about what is waiting for you during the works. The job was done relatively quickly even when I changed my mind a few times and the weather this winter was cruel but Adam and Martin were always positive so do not believe any one who gives a fixed price and time - it’s impossible to do. Adam and Martin are fantastic organizers and skillful professional builders, his team are friendly,very funny and hard working guys. Open minded guys who will tell you straight on what things you can save money on and what not to. My dog has fallen in love with them. Safety and common sense is a priority to the crew. I would recommend these boys to everyone. thanks for your help and hard work!

Andy and his team did a great job removing our old garage door and replacing it with a high quality bay window which looks fantastic. The brickwork was so well matched in it looks like an original part of the house. Andy always arrived on time and kept the site clear throughout. Andy arranged everything, the materials, the window fitters and a plasterer to plasterer around the inside of the window. Andy is extremely reliable and highly recommended.

Conversions - General- 29 Dec 2021
We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

Sean helped me with fence. It was a difficult job due to unique way the fence was originally built. He assessed the situation and proposed a good solution which fixed the fence for good. He dug and fixed the heavy post with concrete pols using 250KG of concrete in each hole. Very happy with the work. Recommended for any brick or related work.
