The job was scheduled over 2 weeks. Dan & his colleagues have done a lovely job. We've finally got our kitchen installed. A few problems arose which were sorted quickly with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend Dan.

Jason knocked down a large non structural wall, blocked up a door way and plaster boarded what will be our new ceiling between kitchen and dinning. He did a great job, friendly, non intrusive and reasonable priced. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I'm an old retired builder and I knew that ripping the entire back of the house off and installing heavy steel beams was a job for someone younger. Shane did an excellent job and he did it for a fair price. He communicated very well, arrived when he said he would, managed materials and equipment without a hitch and thoroughly cleaned the site when he was finished. I was particularly impressed with the standard of his work - and with his work ethic. I've already arranged another job for him.

I interviewed 8 builders to do the work, they were all given a very comprehensive schedule of works so everybody new what needed doing. The prices varied massively, Wesley quoted somewhere in the middle and had a good atitude to how the work was going to be done. We had a few problems arise which he and his team worked through and managed to get the results we wanted. I am very pleased with the outcome and the total cost was very close to the quote, he completed the work in the time quoted with just a bit of snagging to do afterwards.

I am really chuffed with the job that Richard did for me at my property. Having arrived at my property to survey the issue, Richard offered a logical explanation for the cause of the damp almost immediately which was confirmed as soon as he started the job. I was lucky enough that he was able to fit me in pretty sharpish – he arrived punctually each day and competed the work swiftly, tidily and to budget. Not only was Richard’s quote very competitive, the finished job was excellent and he was brilliant throughout. I would recommend Richard at Top Coat Plastering to anyone.

From beginning to end, Lech and his team were a pleasure to deal with! After our wall got knocked over by a delivery driver for about the 4th time, I consulted Lech for a more permanent solution. Came up with a bollard and duly got several quotes for the insurance. Lech came in very competitively and we arranged a suitable time for the work to be completed. Lech and his colleague turned up when they said they would and soon completed the work to a very high standard. Leaving site very tidy too when they left. All in all, I would not hesitate to hire again for any type of building work. A credit to the trade.

Dave and his team completed the work on our extension on time and within budget and have done a fantastic job. They are highly skilled, reliable and very organised workmen and easy to get along with. Through out the project they were very punctual, always arriving on site and ready to start work at 8:00am from the very start until the completion handover. They were very tidy through out the project and always put their tools away at the end of the day. They also ensured that the site and road of the front of the house where kept clean and tidy. Our neighbours mentioned that they where always polite and how clean they were. All work completed was to a high standard and anything that we highlighted that we were not happy with was rectified quickly. The team where constantly asking questions on different aspects of the build to ensure that the end product met our expectations. I would highly recommended Dave and his team to anyone looking for a competent builder.

I asked Andy to remove a chimney and breast spanning two rooms, dismantle a kitchen fireplace, and install a steel beam — a job many builders didn’t want to touch. From the start, Andy showed incredible professionalism. He considered insurance, council certificates, and building control without me even asking, always thinking ahead from the customer’s point of view. His approach was thoughtful and respectful, and I truly felt I could trust him. His team — Stewart, Pot, James, and Neil — were just as brilliant. Every morning and evening, they were kind, warm, and professional. I genuinely missed seeing their friendly faces after the work was done. I feel lucky to have met Andy and his team — I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Visited promptly to quote with decent price and booked job in a few weeks later. Materials delivered in advance. Nice chap, turned up on time and worked hard on a very warm day. Existing base was not level in places and this caused Dale a few levelling issues but he did his best to adjust his work so that the finished result was as good as it could be. I’m happy with the result and would recommend for other work.
