Hello, My name is Kirk, I’ve been working the building trade for 20+ years. Starting off as a pitched roof tiler b4 learning my main trade as a carpenter I quickly laid down a firm base of skills to build on in my early 20s. I’ve also picked up brick laying and landscaping alone the way which has put me in a great position to take on bigger and more all rounded jobs such as full extensions, garden renovations, loft conversions etc. I’ll take on most projects, such as internal tilling of bathrooms and kitchens, LVT flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting, stair cases and railings, artificial turf and real turf, patios, fencing , pergolas, brick and block extensions, windows and doors, fascia’s and soffits, loft conversions etc, internal doors, skirtings and architrave's…… you name it I’ll get it done, apart from plastering….i know a guy! My name is Russ Farman I am 45 years young and started my apprenticeship at the age of 14. So have been laying bricks a long time ! The last 20 years we seem to mainly do extensions to wallplate for either the general builder or the home owner who likes to project manage themselves and call in the certain trades when needed! On an extension we do all footings , brickwork up to dpc , block and beam floors and or concrete oversites! All drainage , steelworks and knockthroughs and of course the brickwork! But we still do just brickwork if required! So basically we do all of the above but can do certain parts for example if you want an steel RSJ installed on your property we can do that to We lay certain patios but tend to keep away from porcelain as this country I feel is to cold for it and the slabs / tiles will lift here and there where your traditional slab will last for years! This idea has come from the Mediterranean countries where it works! I’m here for any advice
