I have just had a wall rebuilt by LMT Plastering & Building Services. I cannot express enough what a hard working professional Lee Trainer is. I definitely made the right choice when I chose him. We agreed a start date for the work, and from the beginning communication was slow and required constant chasing. Alan sent me a full materials list, which I purchased on the understanding that the job was proceeding. As the start date approached, I repeatedly tried to confirm when he would arrive so I could organise my day and be available to help on site, as we agreed for me to b involved as a labour. Despite reading my messages, he stopped responding entirely. I sent multiple messages and tried calling several times over the course of a week and received no reply at all. The job never started, and I was left with purchased materials and a significant amount of wasted time. I cannot comment on the quality of his work as he never turned up, but based on the communication alone I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
