We initially hired Charlie and his team to remove our chimney, but after meeting him and seeing how professional, knowledgeable, and methodical he was, we decided to go ahead with our extension build, windows and door fitting, and other renovation work with them as well. The quality of work throughout has been excellent, completed to a very high standard and within the agreed timeframes. Charlie’s methodical approach and clear communication immediately put us at ease, and the whole team were reliable, efficient, and exceptionally conscientious throughout the project. These guys really are a hidden gem. We trusted them completely to carry out the work, and honestly wish we’d found them sooner before commissioning other contractors for parts of the renovation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and his team to anyone looking for highly skilled, trustworthy builders.

We hired Audrius initially as his quote was very competitive and I felt confident with his knowledge and practical approach to repair our roof, this was to remove all the slate tiles, lay new felt, new batons and replace with as many usable original tiles, this was organised and completed with as little disruption as possible to ourselves and we were highly pleased with the finished roof. We discussed further renovation works we wished Audrius to carry out so work continued with loft conversion, basement conversion, chimney brests removed, new boundary wall, replastered ceilings throughout, his team were polite and always cleared away when they left for the evening and they were always early in the morning. All problems were sorted quickly and the best solutions found always with costs kept to a minimum, we also changed things here and there and Audrius always had excellent ideas which would save costs and keep our budget in check. Audrius and his team are professionals and we have other work for them in the future and will not be using anyone else.

Klinsman did 2 jobs for me: replaced my box gutter and re-felted my flat roof. I was very happy with the quality of work on both jobs. He took time to properly explain what was causing the issues and showed me pictures to clearly demonstrate this. The work he did was done efficiently and he finished on time. He got the decorating job completed to a high standard and made sure we are absolutely happy with the fresh look we wanted for our first house. I instructed the level of the walls and gable to be built up to. The brickwork was covered in hessian and I paid him after he said that it was all done. After he departed, I looked under the hessian and the gable was not built up to apex. One area was not built up where it needed only a couple of courses and the other bricked up wall was left lower than I had stated. I phoned Nick and he sent his brother to finish the job next day. The 2 sides of the gable are still at different angles and the brick work is still lower than I had asked for on the other walls. This was not a big job. Only needed a few courses of brick work to level off as the building has been derelict for a few years. My view was that no one will risk a negative review and that is why I paid him. Unfortunately I was let down at a critical moment as the pitch roof chippy was following the bricklayer on this job. Very sad as he could have been engaged on other brickwork on this building.

We were really impressed with Barry; he has totally transformed our front garden. He kept us in the loop the whole time and delivered everything to a really high spec. Sean helped me with fence. It was a difficult job due to unique way the fence was originally built. He assessed the situation and proposed a good solution which fixed the fence for good. He dug and fixed the heavy post with concrete pols using 250KG of concrete in each hole. Very happy with the work. Recommended for any brick or related work.

David designed and built my orangery which was an addition to the back of my home. David informed me of all the progress every step of the way and was always punctual. I arrived home everyday from work to more of my extension having been built but no sign of a messy building site, he always cleaned my garden and windows after his days work. The final product I can only describe as simply stunning, every detail was finished to an exceptional standard and there isn't anything I can fault in Davids workmanship and professionalism throughout the whole build. If you are looking for a 5* builder then look no further. I cannot recommend David enough.
