He was the only one who actually did a detailed job and excellent explanation to what had caused the failure and what was needed to strip and rebuild the wall correctly so there were no fears of future issues. Michael has completed an excellent job for us. He listened to our requirements and made good recommendations. The end result is far better than we originally imagined.
