Hi, I'm Jon! I'm from a little village called tean in Staffordshire. Im a fully qualified bricklayer. After I completed all three years at collage, I went on to do three years on building sites building luxury housing. I then wanted a new challenge and to better myself, so I set up my own business called J.C brickwork! I've been on my own for about six years. I take pride in my work and look after my customers.

I am a confident and skilled groundworker with over 5 years experience in the industry. After getting my first taste of groundworks being assistant to a family member in 2019, I then attended Solihull College Woodlands Campus and achieved my level 1 bricklaying qualification. Leaving college, I began a groundworker’s apprenticeship scheme at RM Contractors which after 2 years gained me a Level 2 NVQ in groundworks. Since then, I have worked full time as a skilled groundworker in both front end and finishings for numerous groundworks companies. Over the last year, I have also acted as a ganger to a finishing gang and have hopes to at some point work as a site foreman. Besides industry experience and aspirations, I am a dedicated, hardworking perfectionist who takes pride in his work.
