Latest review:Bricklaying-I didn’t want to write anything before, I just wanted to put a star because the website wanted one but I now need to respond to Steven who thinks I don’t speak or understand English which is my beloved language!! I have owned the property for eight years at this very quiet and safe area but not safe enough for Steven’s van after I have waited for almost two weeks for him promising to do the job!
Con artist! Avoid and report. Said he was a bricklayer..he's not! Ruined our wall and wasted our materials. Left us to sort his mess whilst he ran with our money. We put our trust in him and was very nice to him when we see there was something going wrong. We thought a young man starting out..so gave him a chance to put things right. He should have talked to us and tried to resolve matters. Seeing as he has given false details to My Builder he obviously had wrong idea's in his head. My builder has tried to contact him. We need to find him as we intend to persue this fraudster through the courts. Any information please pass it on. He lives in the Hexham area,drives a white old Citroen berlingo van.

Latest review:Bricklaying-Sean came out to quote for the job posted however almost immediately started giving advice to complete the job differently than first thought which actually saved me quite a bit of money. In fact Sean went above and beyond to help me to manage the clearance of the rubbish and also to make safe and secure my very heavy back yard door.The work was completed by Sean and he kept me up to date regarding the status of the job and when he'd be arriving each day. Very professional and I'm very happy with the work completed and I would definately recommend.
Hi Chris, sorry I thought I've posted a feedback positive, very happy with the results, now we are only waiting for the time to pass so we can walk on it, and fill the flower beds with all our roses, waiting to be planted, before the real bad weather comes. I would like to thank you Johnny for the fantastic job you have done, Johnny came out and looked at the job the day after my posting, he managed to patch in my very old pebble dashing after having a window moved and the back door blocked up, he worked full days in this cold damp weather to get the job finished, I also had a brick step put outside of the patio doors and a lovely brick planter built Johnny even suggested putting some capping on top which finished it off very nicely, he even brought me some soil and put it and the plants I had, into the planter for me, cleaned and washed the yard out, so when I got home there was nothing for me to do, I was very impressed he didn't have to do all that, the price was as quoted, I have already asked for a quote for another job that I need done.
