The job was completed to am excellent standard. It exceeded my expectations. The property is tenanted and the process was smooth as he got on touch and arranged access with the tenant independently, working around the availability. It was trickier that expected so the price went up a bit from the original quote but it requires two days of work instead of one. He attended the property twice even before doing the work to understand the scope of work (didn't quote blindly over the phone). The job carried out is a full insulation of a built-in cupboard which before creates damp and mould, tenant is very happy with the solution. Comes with a 1year warranty. Extremely polite, reliable and clean.

Scott was very helpful. This was an urgent job to help a disabled person rehabilitate following a major operation. Scott discussed what was required, checked out the situation and how to deal with it and then came to carry out the fitting of grab handles in the shower as rapidly as possible to fit in with our arrangements. He was pleasant, efficient, cooperative and quick. I will have no hesitation in asking him to help again when needed in the future and will recommend him to other people.

I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Magic Finishing. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, painted all touched areas, and also retrofitted the outhouse.
