Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

From start to finish, Connor, Andrew and their team at Biggin Renovations Group Ltd provided exceptional service. We had a double storey side extension and garage connection to the house that included 2 new bedrooms and an en-suite completed. The team confirmed a 12 week timescale, and a week by week expectation of work to be completed, along with the payment plan which was all confirmed via contract. They stuck to their time schedules and completed on time. The price was within our budget. Along with Connor and Andrew, their team of subcontractors were very kind, helpful, polite and professional in the way they presented themselves. Very happy with the work that was completed, we will call them for our planned single storey extension in the near future. Highly recommend them.

My house was old and its condition was poor. Much were needed to be fix. The original kitchen layout were also inconvenience to my wife. I need to have all these changed under limited time. Michael is a highly skilled worker in all aspects. My bathroom had a bath, which took up a lot of space and so I wanted to replace the bath with a shower, re-tile the area around the shower space and replace the floor. Once the bath had been removed it was apparent that more work needed doing; replacing the plasterboard, repairing some holes etc. Michael advised very well on what was needed and he has executed the job with perfection. He helped me by coming with me to shops to get the correct materials, which assured me too. In total he replaced the plasterboard, re-tiled everywhere [perfectly!] laid the floor and fitted the shower tray [he also build a step for it go on], re-sorted the pipweork and fitted a new sink and toilet. Excellent work, so much I have asked him to do the other bathroom. Highly recommended

We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica
