John visited property promptly to discuss what needed to be done and prioritised the job as there was a leak into flat below. Just three weeks after our initial contact the job was completed to a very high standard. John did all the work himself plumbing electrics tiling etc he was friendly helpful and considerate while working and we are delighted with the results he went above and beyond what we expected sourcing products collecting and installing them and he disposed of all the old items. John stuck to his quote no nasty surprises and was thoroughly professional and efficient I cannot recommend him highly enough
