Terrible! DO NOT hire this person. He was attaching a shelving unit to the wall. Drilled through a pipe which according to the plumber would have sprayed water out, therefore making him aware. He did not bother to tell me, but charged me anyway. Despicable. Leaked downstairs via ceiling, will cost hundreds ro repair. So dishonest.

Mr Mihail Arama is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very thorough with the work. Before changing the fusebox he checked all the electrical points that would need addressing in the house. As I live in a house built in the 80s, he explained what changes were required in order to be safe and obtain the safety compliance certificate. He explained how the different house circuits were organised in the fuse box and checked that all worked as expected after the installation. As I had issues with my old stove and oven which caused the fusebox to trip he returned to make sure that all cables were in the right circuit and explained why that was happening. After a few days , he followed up to make sure that I had received the certificate and that everything was in order. He also installed a power shower and took great care in checking previously all the requirements that were needed. He made himself available for any issues post-installation and replied promptly and courteously. Mr Mihail Arama is a serious professional that will listen to your concerns and will find a solution for them. I don't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical jobs that you may have.

Tom did a great job of our tiling, what a transformation of our bathroom. Tom turned up when he said he would was impeccably clean, covered our carpets in protective film no mess at all. So hard to find a good tradesman these days but luckily we dropped on a guy who actually takes protein his work.

James did a Fantastic job! Picked up my job request within an hour and called me to quote and diagnose the problem. Went away to order the parts. Replied back to explain would be an hours work so quoted me an exact price which was very reasonable - parts arrived three days later and then James called to book a time to call round and fix the problem - all fixed and sorted within the hour of his arrival - didn’t even have time to make him a cup of tea!!! James is polite and courteous but most importantly knows his profession and takes great pride in his work! Thanks so much James keep up the good work! Absolutely fantastic job, if you want the job done properly make sure you book James to do the job right!
