Unfortunately it has been difficult dealing with Matthew. Although I have accepted his quote for designing and fitting a new bathroom without any quibbles about his price, I am unable to get him to produce a proper written quote including everything that he will provide and fit. I have chosen fittings etc from the store that he suggested and confirmed my choices with him. It took him a week after that to send me a text saying that "he would have time to look at my bathroom later". I haven't heard from him now for 5 weeks, despite a week ago sending him a text. Now that Matthew, for some unknown reason, has stopped communicating with me, and seemingly lost interest in the job he quoted me for, I will now have to start all over again, and find another builder who is more reliable. I am sad to leave this feedback, but hope that it will warn others of Matthew's unreliability and poor communication.

Ronnie’s workmanship is extremely poor. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he flooded the downstairs of my house requiring the entire ground floor to need to be renovated, ceiling collapsed etc whilst completing the bathroom work but I have since been further disappointed by his lack of contact despite saying the work had a two year guarantee. He would not provide his insurance details and took no responsibility for the leak despite being in the house alone whilst completing the work while I was away. The walls are cracking in multiple places, the tiles are fitted wonky and bumpy on the floor and walls, grout is cracked, taps and fittings are cheap quality. This also overran taking more than 6 weeks when originally quoted 2 -3 weeks. Other workmen that have come to fix the issues Ronnie has caused are shocked at the way the bathroom has been completed and the lack of attention to detail and care, especially given the £6K plus price point. I feel robbed and scammed and will be pursuing this via the small claims court DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

The job looked good at first glance but then after paying him and having a second look it was an absolutely terrible finish with gaps in the grout and silicon everywhere, wonky cuts on the tiles and plasterboard exposed at the bottom. I messaged him to come back which he said he would but has since ignored my calls and messages for over 2 weeks I would recommend avoiding this so called tradesperson if he bids for your job

Cancelled on me late on the night before the job was supposed to start. These things happen but nice for more notice. Rescheduled work which was to replace 3 door frames and fit new doors and furniture. After a few days the doors started sticking. Informed Dion who said he wasn't in the area. I tried to be patient to allow him to pop over when in the area, but 2.5 months later he's ignoring my messages. He also hung one door on the wrong side so now i need to pay an electrician to move the light switch and pay someone to come fix his mess. I don't think he used enough fixings on the frames. Dion is a joiner in the father/son team he told me.........

Gave them the job, agreed the price they quoted and then 4 days before they were due to start we received a phone with a dubious excuse as to why they couldn't do it. Totally unimpressed having wasted weeks and now having to find new contractors. Impossible to recommend any business that is this unprofessional

I employed Luke as a fitter for my bathroom. Up until yesterday I believed he was actually a good tradesman. Started on June 7th supposed to be a weeks work. floor had to be replaced, which I paid extra for and pipework refitted cos it was old. However after that work was slow. Thursday few hours work also. on Friday Informed us he had another job to start on the Monday and would try and fit us in next week sometime. We had no toilet, no shower no bath he came on the Thursday did some work Left as the match was on,all day on the Saturday with his mate. Informed us that he could not finish the job there was a leak he was going on holiday next week and to get someone else in, he would knock a couple if hundred off the job. I never had that before. On the Sunday asked me to wait a week he would fix it on the weekend next and sent me an invoiceI paid it waited, he came Sunday 27 June 20 days from starting job after 10 minutes said sorry I can't do it, you need it's a soldering job and I can't get to it. I have had to pay a plumber today, who has told me and showed us loose the fittings were, the pipe that needed soldering was cut too short anyway and turned the water on and there was a leak behind the shower, which we suspected all along and that is why he never grouted or fitted the screen. never had a plumber not finish a job before and the expensive tiles I bought are fitted uneven as well Very poor work and in other people's opinion a bad worker.

Firstly I am sorry to leave this review. The job deliver was shocking. I should have got someone with good reviews before hiring you. I got desperate for a builder. I had to get someone else to fix errors done. Doesn’t turn up as agreed, when he does turn up, he is in rush. I Don’t like leaving bad reviews but i had to. I think this is not a trade you should be into. I do wish you the best in the future, but different trade. Expensive lesson.

The shower room is fabulous because of where we bought it but the original quote did not include VAT. We had already said that we were above the top end of the budget & at no point did he point out this did not include VAT. So when the bill came it was £2,500 over our original quote. Gareth only fitted the shower & tiles everything else was done by other guys. Bad customer service. I am only doing this now as so upset & angry at the time that extra was our holiday spending money !!

Daniel started the job, got the wrong size taps, told the tenant he would be back to replace with new ones. She never heard from him again. I have left messages but had no response either. He has left her with the bath panel off and no taps on. Hopefully I will find someone else to do the job properly

Don’t even bother to call him or let him provide you a quote because he will never show up on the job day. He is totally unprofessional and even will not be bothered to pick up your call after have given you the quote. I declined others quote for him and shame that he turned me down unprofessionally without even telling me anything. I had to go to London but I postponed the plan because of him but he even did not show and gesture of goodwill or courtesy. I would never recommend him for any job even if he is doing it for free. Very disappointed..
