I had not left any feedback at the time, as I needed to cool down. Nearly two years later and I am still pissed off. Grouting was appalling, my husband had to reseal the shower as it leaked and relay part of the floor. The job that should have taken a week took 3 weeks.

Big let down. Had booked him a couple of weeks in advance. He dropped me an email a couple of days before the job saying that he is going on holiday and will not be able to make it - claims holiday was booked without him knowing. Unprofessional and obviously not bothered about customers or negative feedback. The least I expect would be for him to organise for one of his pals to do the work.

DO NOT HIRE. My Shailesh Patel (known as another name on this website/ Patel Building Services) was hired for my job. Although he carried out the work in timely manner, the work was not finished to high spec and looks messy. See pics. I wanted a second opinion on work so asked builder to be patient whilst this took place (today was planned), work carried out Saturday 10th 11th Dec, Me Patel didn’t want to wait to be paid so demanded money through harassment and intimidation. The police were called and case filed against this tradesperson as he showed up to property and was aggressive and threatening to my tenant demanding to be paid and threatening her to remove the toilet installed unless paid. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour. Official complaint made with my Builder. This builder shouldn’t be allowed to apply for work through this means.

We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.

Took the money, changed his number and didn’t fix the problem. Still have a major leak and he has no intention of fixing the problems I paid him for. AVOID!!!!

Mark seemed ok when spoke to him but never showed on time arranged,and when I phoned him he said he isolating but feel he could have made an effort to contact myself as I had made time off work to accommodate this appointment and I can sympathise with him isolating but a bit of common sense and let people know if you can't come so they can make alternative arrangements.

No shower for 3 weeks. We could either have scolding water or freezing water during this time. Unnecessary holes cutinto our ceiling, flooded middle room, ceiling unprepared and the final shower which was installed did work but was fitted upside down to make it work. The whole job has had to be redone, new shower, reeplumbed, ceiling fixed Needless to say we are not happy with the work but he was paid upon what he said was a completed job after the first week

Started well. Made a mistake with the towel rail/radiator, even though the specifications were given before plumbing and tiling had begun when asked to rectify it he asked us to get new rails and when we said we couldn't do that he walked out of the job. Wouldn't recommend as we are now left to find another person to finish the job!

Avoid these traders. They are amateurs and have caused me no end of pain with a small single storey front extension. I sacked them in the end as we just could tale anymore of their slap dash approach.
