Kevin was very rude he didn't want to be corrected he bought a bigger hand basin sink which could have taken more space between the radiator and sink adviced him to get a smallest was rude packed everything swearing though he apologised but the relationship was destroyed I was very shocked paid him off no silicone on the sink no panting done on the door

Mark gave me a price and a date for a bathroom refit. A week before the bathroom was due to be started Mark did not reply to any phone calls, messages or e-mails. Knowing that we were taking tiles off in preparation for the job, he never turned up. Mark has left us with no bathroom and no reason as to why the job could not be completed. Extremely unprofessional. Would definitely not recommended.

Liam did a great job! He was friendly and efficient and left the site tidy at the end of each day. He built us some beautiful custom-designed shelves for storage in the bathroom as well as removing the bath and installing a shower cubicle. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

I employed GWBS to undertake some renovation work. The building work was done to a reasonable standard. As extra work I decided on underfloor heating my wows began! I had issues with its installation they ignored manufacturers guidance. The floor was laid on an uneven floor but they had fallen out with the subcontractor and wanted me to chase the works to its completion. I had difficulty getting the work finished. So I refused a final invoice, of £450. Over a 3/4 month period I managed to find someone to finish the flooring.They did the best they could it's uneven in places and the heat isn't uniform. I still needed electrical sign off - I was chased for updates. I asked for them to stop harassing me, we agreed to accept the job as finish they would not contact me again. The subcontractor contacted me - the electrical checks were done. Having promised they wouldn't contact me, they did, asking for payment. I responded to the text, yes (mistake) but blocked their calls. A few months later they appeared at my house, I was at work. I contacted them immediately via email. They threatened me with debt collectors if I didn't pay that day. I offered a good will payment they refused I endured a day of emails, claims of letters said they sent, sighting recorded delivery, of out of context text messages. In fear of debt collectors, feeling under duress and stressed I paid them! I am now considering should I take legal action for distress and harassment.

I'll keep it short as many other reviews express similar experience with Radek and his colleague. It was a medium sized job which was not completely straight forward, but the work was completed in time due to some very long hours. What is worth noting is that despite the time constraint of the job, it was not a rushed job where corners were cut. The final product is of a high standard and the job cost very reasonable. I will ask Radek for quotes on future projects.

After excepting Pinpoint Plumbings quotation to complete the works advertised, Kynan Midwinter quickly got in touch to discuss the details & organised a day to suit. He was very professional & fitted me in within 2 days which was great!! Kynan arrived early, completed all works to a great standard, tidied up after himself & was an all round respectful/trustworthy guy whom I'll be calling again when the next plumbing issue arises & most certainly recommend him to everyone else 100% man!!
