Welcome to Bailey Day Heating & Plumbing Family values, trusted expertise and a name with a story. Bailey Day Heating & Plumbing is a family-run business owned by David Day and his wife, Claire Bailey Day. With over 20 years of experience, we provide reliable, professional heating, plumbing and air conditioning services across London, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk. David leads the business on the tools and out on the jobs, while Claire runs the office, looking after the day-to-day administration, customer enquiries, bookings and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Together, they make a great team, combining practical expertise with a friendly, personal approach to customer service. We are Gas Safe registered, provide HVAC and air conditioning services, and are TrustMark accredited. We work with a wide range of customers, from homeowners and the general public to commercial businesses and local authorities, including councils. Whether it’s a boiler installation, routine servicing, plumbing repairs, air conditioning or larger commercial contracts, we pride ourselves on delivering quality workmanship and a dependable service. A name with a personal story The name Bailey Day means more to us than just a business name. The addition of Bailey is a personal tribute to Claire’s much-loved grandad, who was a constant source of support, encouragement and inspiration throughout her life. He was a wonderful role model, and including his name is our way of honouring him and the values he instilled in Claire: hard work, integrity and looking after people. These values remain at the heart of everything we do. As a family-run business, we believe in building lasting relationships, treating every customer with respect and providing a service we can be proud of. The team behind the business We’re incredibly proud of our fantastic team of plumbers and builders, many of whom have been with us for years. Their experience, dedication and commitment are a huge part of what makes Bailey Day Heating & Plumbing the business it is today. Some of our team have worked their way up from apprenticeships, learning their trade with us and developing into skilled, valued members of the team. We’re particularly proud of this, as investing in people and helping them grow is an important part of our family-business ethos. Our plumbing team includes Harry, Lee and Tom, alongside our apprentice William, and our experienced builders, Paul and Dave. Together, they bring a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to every job, helping us maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. For us, our team are more than just employees; they’re an important part of the Bailey Day family. Having people who know the business, understand our values and take pride in their work makes all the difference. Our promise to you Whether we’re working in a family home, supporting a commercial client or undertaking work for a council, our approach remains the same: honest advice, quality workmanship and a reliable, professional service. With over 20 years of experience, a dedicated team and family values at our core, we’re proud to continue building a business that honours its history while looking forward to the future.
