Very happy with the Dining Room Extension, Utility Room Extension, Kitchen refit and Patio. Andrew, Steve, Kevin, Mick and Jake did a fantastic job in a professional way. They were thoughtful and considerate in all the activities. I have no hesitation in recommending Oliver General Builders and will have them back for the next phase of building works. We got to know the builders quite well over the project and a little bit sad that it has now finished. We received some great recommendations on decisions we needed to make and they were flexible with our changing requests and patient while we decided on tiles, etc. The Electricians as well as the Plumber were also very good in the level of expertise.

I asked Prohaus to undertake a ground floor side return and rear extension as part of the refurbishment of my flat in Putney. I have used many builders before on development projects but was especially impressed with Naz and his team on this build. It was the first time I used them and won’t be the last. Naz was great to work with, the whole build went smoothly and he always had a positive attitude and solution to any unexpected issue. The build came in on time and budget which was very impressive in itself. All in all I would highly recommend him.

Kris gave us a detailed quote and was punctual and friendly so we hired him to fit a new main bathroom. He secured me a trade discount at Topps, dealt with the delivery and began work on the agreed date. He and his helper worked really hard and the bathroom looks fantastic. Kris went above and beyond and did an amazing job. In fact we have hired him to do other jobs since, like repair and paint our kitchen ceiling (which was below our previously leaking bathroom!). He has fitted skirting board all sorts and we will hire him again. Highly recommended. Thanks Kris!

I Do not like to leave bad reviews, but Gareth was impossible to work with. he was always on the defensive when questioned about anything, i managed the project for my neighbor, Gareth employed a subcontractor who demanded paying on arrival to do the tiles, Gareth was contracted to do, i was not onsite at this time or would have put a stop to it, and did not marry the pattern in, the shower head was loose and leaking when they left, and wanted to add extra charges to works already quoted for, in short Gareth was asked not to return, and another contractor employed to complete, a terrible experience..

Peter and his team have done a beautiful job, what started out to be a bathroom refurb ended up being a full renovation of our 1 bed flat. New plumbing throughout with new ceilings, kitchen, heating, rendering etc. All the work was done to a really high standard and we are really happy with the end result. All of peters team are polite, friendly and clean up after themselves. Peter has been so easy to deal with, communicating effectively and responding swiftly to all our requirements. We had a tight timescale to turn this around as we had to move in and Peter made it happen. Would highly recommend.
