We are happy with the work Hekmat has done for us - he has really improved the appearance of our 5 radiators (not 4 as in the initial job request) by thoroughly cleaning and applying 2 coats of paint to their visible external surfaces (front, top, sides, pipes) and also painting walls behind and skirting boards underneath. Hekmat also improved the appearance of the wall above one of the radiators where the wallpaper was coming away. Although Hekmat was willing to disconnect the radiators in order to paint the backs, on reflection we realised it would not be worth doing for the extra cost involved. Overall Hekmat charged £220 for the work including the cost of the radiator paint. Hekmat agreed to come out the morning after the job was posted to assess the work required, and we arranged for him to do the work the following day. He arrived punctually on both days. He discussed and agreed with us what paint to use for the radiators and bought this himself, while he used paint we already had for the walls and skirting. We found Hekmat to be reliable, polite, friendly and understanding of our requirements. On the strength of this work we are now arranging for Hekmat to do more work for us in the coming weeks.

Appalling workmanship. Arrived over an hour late both days and made a complete pig’s ear of my small kitchen comprising of 5 base units and a worktop. They had no idea how to fix a door to my dishwasher, the worktop was cut so poorly it looked like a child had done it, and they arrived without half the tools they needed. They mixed up new parts with old, cut numerous corners and didn’t think to measure the depth of the dishwasher before installing, so it’s not flush and the entire kitchen has to be reinstalled by another firm. I’d advise all to avoid.

I hired Tyrone to fix some small problems in my bathroom and generally tidy it up. When he arrived to do the job he realised straight away that a large unseen leak over a number of years had caused the floorboards to rot and the job became very big! Tyrone was amazing and explained everything to me, he started straight away and the work took 8 days. He sourced all the materials needed and respected my home and fitted around my flat mate and I's plans. The work does was thorough and Tyrone went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished to high spec. I would really recommend Tyrone to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future. In fact I have already booked him for another matter.

I had a lot of issues with this project. Some shoddy workmanship, poor communication, turned up over 2 hours late on one day, and was negligent with the radiator. Would not recommend.

Mihail attended my property very quickly to scope out the work required and assembled a quote with approx 50% payment required upfront. He attended promptly with his father on both days and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend to anyone, I needed a stand-alone shower tray and door refitted and some residual tile work, and it all came out very reasonably .

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

I am very sad to have to come back on here and change my previously good review. Sebastian is a good man but he did an awful job with my bathroom. The job was meant to be done in 4 days and instead, 6 weeks in I am having to call in other tradesmen to correct his mistakes. Despite coming around several times and eventually asking me to buy a new basin tap as the first one kept leaking, I had to call a plumber to fix the issue and when I asked Sebastian to reimburse me (I had already paid him in full) he just started ignoring my messages. No two tiles are straight in my shower and the shower screen is not fitted properly so no amount of silicone can prevent it from leaking. Another think that I have to pay someone else to fix. Even the painting I had to redo myself as it was patchy... I am beyond disappointed. Very expensive mistake.
