Joe made site visit for a small bathroom makeover and offered advice and remedies for some concerns I had. He quoted competitively, turned up when he said he would, kept the site clean and tidy, completed the work on time and to a high standard. You will not regret hiring him, arrived when he said he would to give a quote and forwarded me the quote straightaway as well as completing the job when he said he would, left the place tidy by cleaning up mess.

WARNING! Please read before considering this tradesman. My family had a new bathroom installed. The bath was installed without a support frame and the bath panel was balanced in place with only silicone to hold it from falling inwards. There were large gaps 15-20mm left in the tiling which would have been filled with grout alone had I not intervened. I was quoted for tiling 3 walls from floor to ceiling, but ended up with 2 thirds only being done and the rest hidden behind the furniture. The same day the job was "completed" and final payment was made we noticed the issues with it that night when bathing my kids. Communication had been good whilst the work was being carried out, but when we tried to contact him that same day to return to resolve the problem we were completely ignored. Text, phone calls and email went unanswered and even my phone calls were blocked. Not what you expect from a professional tradesman at all. Dont fall for the it, took our money with no shame in leaving the job unfinished. Look elsewhere.

Sam priced for plastering and floor screeding work. Sam did the plastering himself but subcontracted the flooring. We are quite happy with the plastering work that Sam did for us. However the floor screeding did not go well at all his builder let him down hence can only score him nuetral. The floor screed was crumbling and cracking. Sam's builders left our back garden in a right mess and we incurred costs to clear up the mess. We hope Sam will learn from this experience for he is a good plasterer. In conclusion we hope Sam is a young man who is only going to get better at providing plastering and screeding services, who is going to learn to ignore pettiness and focus on delivering the client's expectations.

What a find! CRA Construction have recently created a kitchen, dining and family room. The work involved was varied including moving windows and existing plumbing, knocking down a wall, installing a RSJ, levelling floors, installing new electrics and finishing with a large fully fitted kitchen and work tops. From the outset Craig was approachable, friendly and honest and more importantly, he was always contactable and kept to his timetable of work. His advice was always for the best of the project and no addition or amendment was too much trouble. I received a detailed initial quote which was broken down for each stage of the project. Several amendments were made by me during the build and the impact and price was always fully explained and cost understood prior to agreement. The finished work is of an extremely high quality, I am well pleased. The quality of the kitchen fitting is equally outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and CRA Construction to anyone. You will not be disappointed and more importantly, you will be pleased with the price and quality of his work. I will invite Craig back in a few months to refurbish 2 bathrooms and do not intend searching elsewhere. Thank you My Builder for enabling me to find CRA Construction and thank you Craig.

I had a leaky shower for around a year. Six plumbers came and went, couldn’t stop the leaks and just sprayed a lot of silicon around. Rose and English were the 7th and are highly skilled plumbers/builders with a gift for interior design. They identified the leaks, there were many, the damage they were doing and have completely fixed all of it. The end result is a stunning, watertight, luxurious bathroom floor and shower, the special system they use means I never have to clean the shower walls again. The finish is beautifully done and I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend them enough.
