My wife and I were looking to bring our tired bathroom up to date ready for putting our house on the market. Andy called round and fully understood our needs and provided a quotation with links to websites to show the items which he proposed using. This was great and made our decision making process much easier. Andy was able to undertake the job at what must be the busiest time for any trades...just weeks before Christmas... and we fully appreciated that he had to split his time a little. None the less the job was completed to our absolute satisfaction with Andy even deciding to tweak the finish a little to provide a better result. The site was kept clean throughout and Andy stacked the old suite and bagged tiles neatly for us to arrange disposal when we were ready. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andy

Phil converted a gravity fed system to a combi boiler , he had good advice and was very knowledgeable about his trade , he proved to be reliable and stuck to his original price even though there were some issues along the way which were dealt with without any fuss , I would certainly recommend and have already booked him in for another job

I am a 50 year old professional. Served in the Royal Engineers. I live in a little village called woodland beside Barnard Castle. I do not mind travelling for work as I have often travelled up to 100 miles there and back to do an intallation. Any body reading this has to be aware that there is a masive difference between a plumber and a bathroom installer this is why I only concentrate on bathrooms plus I am there from start to finish as I do all tiling etc so I am not waiting around for another trade

Excellent job. Kept me informed and gave me options all the way through to make sure I was happy with the job. Not phased by changes to plan. Gave good advice not a hard sell. As an extra job in the middle of it all added 2 new radiators and transformed the upstairs which had been brutally cold. Would not hesitate to use again although he seems to be very busy, which is a good sign I suppose. Finished job is superb for the cost.

I couldn’t have wished for a better company, we are new to this area and didn’t know anyone to ask for recommendations so I turned to my builder. This company ( Craig and Phil ) did a wonderful job,listened to everything I wanted doing, and carried it out to the letter. Nothing was too much trouble. It was easy to discuss my requirements and he listened to what I had to say and gave suggestions when I was unsure.
