Jonny installed a new bathroom for us and this was done to a very high standard. He was very professional, punctual and polite and talked us through areas of the project which we weren't too sure how to proceed with. I would definitely use Johnny again and would highly recommend him.

Extremely professional. After replying to our post, Rafal promptly contacted us and then came and gave a quote for the job. We were happy with the competitive price and the timeframe for the job so agreed to hire him. He communicated well with us because he had to order the bath, so he kept us updated on that. Once the bath arrived Rafal completed the job in one day as promised. The work was of a very high standard. We would definitely hire this company again.

I question the reliability of these reviews, as the contractor does not appear to have sufficient skills and seems to only work properly under supervision. He agreed to build a WC and install laminate flooring, and also agreed to supply all first fix materials. However, he later tried to charge me for first fix items, which I did not agree to. He has repeatedly purchased tools and materials without agreement and attempted to pass the costs on to me. The workmanship is very poor - tiles are uneven and grout is already coming off. The electrical sockets and radiators are also no longer working. Overall, the job is in a very poor state and will need to be redone. I also seriously question his work status in this country and whether he is legally permitted to carry out this type of work. It’s such a rubbish work! It cost me double the money I paid to get everything sorted! I removed them from the work. Will share all the evidence

Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

We are SO happy with our new bathroom - Milo and his team did a fantastic job. From coming round to quote through to final snagging, Milo always kept us informed of what was happening, and was punctual and very neat and tidy in his work. He and Graham have great attention to detail and pride in their job, and didn't complete our new bathroom until they were 100% happy with the finished product. The work was done in the exact timeframe they initially quoted, and the brand new bathroom is even better than we'd hoped - we're thrilled with the quality of work. We'll be getting Milo and his team back to do more work at our property, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you so much!

Gary did an excellent job. He recommended Merton Windows to install the new window which I'm very pleased with. The re-tiling took a bit longer than anticipated as the old tiles brought a lot of the old plaster with them. However Gary made good the walls before putting the new tiles on. He was very hard working and always pleasant with good advice on certain aspects and extremely tidy at the end of each day, which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary.
