From the initial day Darren came to give me a quote, he made suggestions about the layout of the new bathroom I had planned. He has created a simple, beautiful, modern bathroom that fits my needs and has given me a more space by setting the sink and toilet together on the back wall, not something I had even considered. As soon as I paid my deposit I got a date for the start of the project and an estimate for its completion. He discussed any issues with the build, before offering a good solution (not all builds go to plan) so I was kept upto date throughout. Would be happy to use Darren again for other projects I have planned!

On quoting William explained exactly what he would do with options of combi boiler sizes and their performance. He arrived on time and stopped on my job until completion. He identified a problem with my gas supply and worked with Cadent to solve the issue. He is a very tidy worker and left no rubbish behind.His work is of a very high standard and I would recommend William without hesitation. Next time I need a plumber he will be my only phone call. Wow!! I can’t believe how lucky I got by finding Sanjay and namaste builders! They have fully renovated my house in a matter of weeks!! Sanjay understood exactly what work I wanted to be carried out to the property and worked all hours to ensure the job was done in a timely manner! Whenever there was a problem Sanjay knew exactly how to overcome it and ensured that everything was kept within our budget! The work we had carried out included, stripping and gutting the house, plumbing and new combi boiler fitted (gas signed off too), fully plastered walls, bathroom fitting and tiling and painting the house. You can really tell Sanjay has years of experience and I cannot speak highly enough of the work him and his team carried out and I will most definitely be using them again!

work on 3 bathrooms/en-suites. Generic work is good Does lack the eye for great detail which would have enhanced work eg: - did not measure pipe centres, only after tile was placed and time for towel rail to be fitted did he discover this...so either take tile off and reposition or buy new towel rail, bought a new one - mirror recessed in wall..he chipped corner of mirror but still fitted and not replaced - Lack of angled fall in wet room to all free fall of water - left a hole in outside wall when put waste pipe through..did not fill it - Other minor issues Behaviour point of view: Generally friendly but not very receptive if asked to do something which involves more work, had to ask to reposition shower head as it was not centred When asking for a price I considered it 2 be price 4 the entire job,he later stated that plastering the ceiling is extra cost,didnt plaster it but only skimmed it Similar scenario when it came to pricing bathroom and tiling floor in hallway and kitchen, agreed on price only to later state the price was for bathroom only, very misleading The biggest issue was the cost of material, when he eventually sent me an invoice I questioned his charges eg. 10 bags of adhesive when manufacture states 4-5 would be enough? When confronted he quickly became argumentative, abusive and insulting In total I paid £3800 for material, he stated that everyone adds 10-15% on material, so I paid up to £550 extra?? Very disappointing

I was away from home when the job was carried out, but my missus was happy enough. There is a small leak in the cubicle when showering though, but the guy is away on another contract for several weeks so I will sort it out myself as it isn't a big issue. It wouldn't have been noticed unless the shower was in use for a while, so no fault on the tradesmans part.

I was approached by ABC construction shortly after I posted my advert to say that I needed a new bathroom fitting. I’m a young guy and I am trying to make my house more modern. The guys helped me to design the bathroom I wanted, they listened to everything I asked for and made everything I requested possible. To say I am delighted with what they have done is an understatement. The bathroom which they started and completed within a week is everything I wanted and more. It is modern, stylish and built brilliantly - oh and for an unbelievably competitive price. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing work done to their house and I am now in discussions with them about building me a new kitchen as the bathroom was so amazing. Use ABC construction!!!
