Rafal did a great job renovating our bathroom. He removed the bath, replaced that with shower cubicle, replaced the sink with a sink unit with drawers, put up cabinet and retiled walls and floor. He came on time, worked very hard all on his own. He is a lovely hard working guy and I would definitely recommend him.

Nesha repaired my shower room & utility room party wall. He was prompt & efficient in providing a quote and responding to any emails sent. He employed an experienced builder for part of the work. He was very helpful in identifying the problem & sourcing the tiles required. I would throughly recommended him.

Done 4 jobs for us and they were very good. They were always on time, very polite & efficient in cleaning up after work. Kept out of the way and just did their job. I have kept their number to call them in future. They do plumbing, electrical & carpentry which they did carpentry & electrical for us. I will definitely hire them again.

Alby was a pleasure from start to finish! We managed to time it so he could do the whole job while we were away, we just left him with the keys and he took care of everything! We arrived home the day he finished and it was on time and on budget and we are SO happy with the result - finished to a really high standard. He kept us updated with progress and gave us options to choose between for some of the fixtures and we're just so glad we went with Alby even though we met other suppliers with more ratings on My Builder! Would highly recommend :)

They did a fantastic job. David gave sound advice on how best to approach a tricky bathroom challenge, he then helped me find good-value fittings and did the work quickly and to a high standard. He also gave advice on other topics which I found very useful. Will hire again.

We hired Nick initially for what I thought was a small bathroom job which turned out to be a bigger problem. Nick was very helpful in explaining our options and professional to the end. Excellent at communicating with us all the time, returning calls, texts and emails promptly. Regrettably we did not proceed with booking Nick for the job as we ended up going through a friend of our neighbour but I have no doubt that if we had booked Nick he would have carried out the work with a high degree of expertise and professionalism. Nick came across to me as someone to be trusted with a lot of experience and who does not cut corners with his work. I would highly recommend him.

Carlos’s work is of an exceptionally high standard & communication has been outstanding. He’s been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Polite, courteous & always carried out his word, arriving on time, always present when he said he would be, keeping us informed of his movements right from the outset, no nonsense delays. Carlos advised us of the work to be carried out professionally, honestly & with huge integrity, a rare find! His estimate was a true reflection of the work necessary with no nasty hidden extras so we were clear about what needed to be done and logical reasons as to why they needed to be done in that way. Any variation was explained to us before the work needed to be carried out with a sound reason for doing so. During the work Carlos was mindful of any possible disturbance, was meticulous, neat & extremely clean, & tidy. Our bathroom, toilet & kitchen were left polished, sparkling clean, conveniently ready for us to use again. The standard of work was quite exceptional: fitting of basin and bath taps with telephone shower, overhead shower, making good the walls, grouting and sealing of walls and floor tiles, repairing damage to kitchen ceiling, painting of bathroom and kitchen ceilings after water damage and going the extra mile to ensure the property was not just repaired but better than new! We’d like to keep Carlos all to ourselves, not tell anyone else but of course he deserves all the customers who commission him.
