Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to amendment should additional works be required. Deposits and Materials A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of works. Deposits are used to secure bookings and purchase materials. Materials remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Diagnostic Visits and Call-Out Charges All diagnostic visits and call-outs are chargeable. When attending a property to investigate a fault, assess an issue, or provide a detailed site report, a call-out and diagnostic fee will apply regardless of whether any remedial work is subsequently undertaken. The diagnostic process includes: * Site attendance * Fault investigation * Testing and inspection * Preparation of findings and recommendations * Written or verbal site reports where applicable Site Visit Reports Where a site inspection is required, a chargeable site visit report will be provided.
