It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his team from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. I was impressed with Peter’s previous work and we developed a good rapport from the first meeting and I felt that I could trust him with the work. He was clear about the detail of the work that needed doing upfront and his quote was itemised to reflect what each element would cost. The work was done on time and of a high quality and Peter was responsive at all times to any questions or concerns we had. He also made great suggestions of how we could do things better and was open to our ideas and realising our dream. His team were punctual, friendly and took care of the house ensuring the work that they did was of a high standard at all times and attention to detail which really has made a difference now that the project is completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Future shapes to anyone and would certainly use them again.

DO NOT HIRE. My Shailesh Patel (known as another name on this website/ Patel Building Services) was hired for my job. Although he carried out the work in timely manner, the work was not finished to high spec and looks messy. See pics. I wanted a second opinion on work so asked builder to be patient whilst this took place (today was planned), work carried out Saturday 10th 11th Dec, Me Patel didn’t want to wait to be paid so demanded money through harassment and intimidation. The police were called and case filed against this tradesperson as he showed up to property and was aggressive and threatening to my tenant demanding to be paid and threatening her to remove the toilet installed unless paid. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour. Official complaint made with my Builder. This builder shouldn’t be allowed to apply for work through this means.

Eduard and his team did a great bathroom refurbishment for us and to a very high standard. They have great attention to detail and very thorough with their work. They completed within schedule and cleared up the mess. We had a minor issue after the work was completed and when we contacted them they came straight away to rectify it. I'm pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Corner shower was fixed as requested, workarounds were made when required. Helen was very specific and straight to the point with recommendations, options and price. As it was mosaic tiles some of them are not completely flat/straight. Any missed points were rectified on the second or third attempt.
