I had a really hard time finding someone to replace my broken shower, but Neil McGregor Property Services got in touch and sorted everything out with me. I had really good communication from Kate, who coordinated the work and provided me with quotes and options. On the day of the job Ross arrived on time and carried out the replacement very efficiently and left everything neat and tidy and, crucially, working well.

Communication throughout from initial contact about the job to completion has been fantastic. Always keeping us updated of arrival times, daily progress updates and next steps as well as any snags they came across to ensure we were fully aware and involved in the process if there were any changes required or anything they needed from us. Craig and Dale have worked tirelessly over the last 2.5 weeks to complete this job. They have left the house clean and tidy and have been professional throughout with a high standard of work. We are incredibly happy with the finished rooms and would absolutely hire again for any other plumbing work we are undertaking.

I am totally happy with Rob in my job. Not just the Tiling, Rob completed my ceiling plastering and Bathroom suite installation as well. Inspite of some unfortunate delays Rob committed the job sincerely on time. Rob understood my urgency and he is a man of his word I would say. I am quite happy to say Rob find time to pop back in to address the issues even after the job completion. He was quick and very professional in his job. He is always on a decent quote I would say. I am very happy with his friendly and nice approachable behavior. I would definitely recommend him..!

Dave Market (DMP Building Solutions) came originally to view a lounge extension I was intending on building but we agreed on a kitchen extension due to front elevation restrictions imposed by the council. He talked us through the process and gave us a very positive vibe. He put us in contact with a surveyor and we went through a lengthy planning process which stalled our build for approx 9 months. No fault of Dave. The build started in July and completed in October. Council Building Inspectors threw a few curve balls in and Dave also had a few personnel changes to his team during the build, however his dedication and professionalism never wavered from the goal. We now have a beautiful extension with a sloping roof incorporating a velux window. A nicely tiled floor and panelled ceiling along with new additional units, tiling, plumbing, woodwork, plastering all done to a very high standard. Where Dave finds issues or wants professional assistance he has a wide range of experts at hand including, roofers, electricians, gas specialist, window/door fitter, kitchen fitters. He doesn't make do with tasks he uses these professionals to ensure things are done right. The outside has been finished in matching brick and slate with white pvc pipework and guttering. All very easy on the eye. I'd recommend DMP solutions to anybody wishing to have an extension built and I'm sure other work would also be completed to just as high a standard.

The lads did a brilliant job despite the hurdles thrown up by Tecaz who had supplied all the materials, the lads just got over each hurdle one at a time. Incredibly happy with Steve’s work, we barely knew he was there and all work was finished to a high standard. As expected, there were a few bumps in the road, and Steve worked hard to fix what was necessary to be able to continue fitting the bathroom. Highly recommend!
