James was terrific! The job was to turn a bathroom back into a bedroom and vice versa. There were lots of problems for him to overcome: in a wood-frame Georgian house, he found the back wall sloped backwards at about 5 degrees - so he adapted the wood panelling to cover it; the new shower screen could not get up the stairs so he removed the sash window (and left no trace). That's one aspect of the job but the quality of workmanship was outstanding - we now have two beautiful rooms, worthy of their Grade II Listed status. Other tradesman were co-ordinated seamlessly and then the late snagging was done on demand. And the whole job was all done on time! I cannot recommend this builder - especially as a carpenter - highly enough.
