We have a lot of experience with doing renovation work ourselves and also with hiring builders for renovation jobs in our flat. We had very good experience with Ricardo and Leandra, who did a renovation of our shower room including a complete retiling of shower and floor and installation of underfloor heating. We would hire them again, and would highly recommend them. They were committed to doing a good job and very straightforward and honest. Our job didn't go perfectly (do they ever?); there were some major hiccups and problems along the way. However, Ricardo and Leandra were very good about addressing and correcting problems that arose, and conversations that might have been difficult with other builders were comparatively easy with them. Whereas other builders we have hired in the past have sometimes seemed mostly focused on getting the job done as quickly and as cheaply as possible, Ricardo and Leandra seemed genuinely committed to ensuring that the job was done well and that we were happy with the outcome. It was a pleasure to work with them.

This contractor is dishonest and his workmanship is poor. He offered a price to install 3 radiators, to which I agreed, he installed two, including, the replacement of a piece of copper pipe which is less than 0.5 meters, he then issued a bill for an extra £100 above the agreed contract, when I asked why the increase, even though only two radiators were installed, he claimed it was for materials, I actually checked the price of the material in person at a local supplier the said morning and was told, I could purchase 3 meters for £10.58, yet this contractor charged me £100 for less than 0.5 meters. Its been over two weeks now since he installed the radiators, and one of them is leaking, I now have to find another trades man to correct his work. I would never recommend this person, he's dishonest and provides poor work.

We cannot recommend Roberto highly enough. He did a fantastic job, was tidy, very easy to get on with and completely reliable. From start to finish he was able to tackle everything we threw at him (and we had everything in the bathroom replaced from the floor to the ceiling in an old house with no straight walls and cranky plumbing !) He always had lots of very sensible and creative ideas and solutions and every aspect of the job was finished to a very high standard. We are delighted with our new bathroom !!!

Can't rate gaz and tom high enough they did an absolutely stunning job on my full bathroom install gary was brilliant sourced everything at a brilliant price even found a different shower that I liked the workmanship is second to none the tileing is lazer sharp and all the products are top quality ...I find myself just standing in the bathroom looking at it and I dont even need to be in there .....they even put 2 windows in for me....called loads of window companies and they couldn't do the windows for 4-5 weeks asked gaz and they were in within the week ! Top quality and alot cheaper than nearly all the big name companies...extremely happy customer cant recommend them enough .....infact I'm having them back to fit a new kitchen top top blokes thanks again gaz and tom 👍👍5* all the way
