Our 3 bedroom, Grade 2 listed house is nearly 200 years old and hadn't been renovated since the early 1990's. A complete redecoration and remodel was needed. Their work was done to completion and not too over-time, despite numerous snags and many logistical difficulties. The commitment and patience of all involved was admirable, never once becoming dis-heartened, and always pushing us to make sure materials were on order and if we were happy with the work as it progressed. They have the skills and the ability to improvise as they go. The pricing was fair and actually cheap by London standards. The "finish" was the stage where we all had to come to an agreement over where to stop, and this is usually the most contentious stage in a project. This was surprisingly stress-free. The main snag was with floorboard sanding preparation. If floors aren't 100% prepped, the result can look patchy to the trained eye. They made sure that the end result was acceptable to us when we questioned the finish by doing the entire sand and re-staining over again. That shows great care and attention to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have extensive remodeling done to thier property. They are capable of dealing with sensitive historical properties and adhering to a budget whilst correcting errors that appear along the way. A perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.

We needed someone to remove the woodchip wallpaper in the hallway and fix lining papers on the walls, there was also a big hole in the wall which needed to be fixed. After getting different people to quote for the job, we went with Dan as he was quite knowledgeable in his field, with a reasonable price. He did not disappoint! He completed the job neatly and we didn't have much disruption despite being at home with the kids all through. He removed the woodchip paper skillfully and repaired the walls where needed. He completed the lining job to a very high standard and also covered the big hole (bonded and plastered) neatly. In addition he even helped complete our DIY coving job by filling the joints, sanding and caulking them. I must also mention that he is very professional and polite. I will highly recommend him for any decoration jobs you have and will definitely be using him again for redecorating other areas in the house. I would rate him 10/10 for the entire job! Thanks Dan.

Don't use this person, he takes your money and make all kind of excuses as to why he has not got the material for the job. He is suppose carry out a reno to my bathroom and made the whole job worse than it was to start with. He disappears for days and tells you eventually that his van has broken down, that he has had an accident and that his mother/grandmother have died. He is a habitual liar. He buys the wrong size shower tray cheaply and charge you an extortionate amount for it and refuse to change it or give you your money back. He is a serious liar, he tells you he is 20mins away and you still have not seen him 2 days later. I am still waiting for him to refund me my money. Stay clear

They worked quickly but I had to clean a lot of the shower afterwards. I'm not certain that I wasn't overcharged as I didn't get any receipts and had to buy the shower tray and glass doors myself.
