Carlos’s work is of an exceptionally high standard & communication has been outstanding. He’s been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Polite, courteous & always carried out his word, arriving on time, always present when he said he would be, keeping us informed of his movements right from the outset, no nonsense delays. Carlos advised us of the work to be carried out professionally, honestly & with huge integrity, a rare find! His estimate was a true reflection of the work necessary with no nasty hidden extras so we were clear about what needed to be done and logical reasons as to why they needed to be done in that way. Any variation was explained to us before the work needed to be carried out with a sound reason for doing so. During the work Carlos was mindful of any possible disturbance, was meticulous, neat & extremely clean, & tidy. Our bathroom, toilet & kitchen were left polished, sparkling clean, conveniently ready for us to use again. The standard of work was quite exceptional: fitting of basin and bath taps with telephone shower, overhead shower, making good the walls, grouting and sealing of walls and floor tiles, repairing damage to kitchen ceiling, painting of bathroom and kitchen ceilings after water damage and going the extra mile to ensure the property was not just repaired but better than new! We’d like to keep Carlos all to ourselves, not tell anyone else but of course he deserves all the customers who commission him.

Elegance Interiors were outstanding with a professional Attitude they carried the work out to a very high standard From start to finish.I had been let down by a company on the day work was to commence and only had a 3 days window to start and finish the job.elegant interiors arrived to quote for to refurbish my kitchen and I hired them within 24hours.They were reliable on time ,very clean and tidy and nothing was a problem for them with a competitive price.I will be hiring them Again in the future for more work .Exceptional company and trades men.Greatest thanks Bill and Dee

He offered great solutions to some of the issues that always come up when you are stripping out a room. His team is very professional and hardworking too. Greg recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us including replacement of all fixtures, new tiling, painting and finishing. We're very happy with the final result - Greg was punctual, diligent and had great communication throughout the project. On top of this, he's a lovely, pleasant guy. We were absolutely delighted with Lino and his services. He was incredibly patient , as our flat purchase was delayed. We required a total gutting off our flat, with new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, painting, and all the rest. He had great communication throughout. He showed up on time with his team each day , and was so professional throughout. We went to Lino for advice throughout the process. He never said any of our plans were not possible- he always either said yes, or provided another option. This was such a great help. I would recommend Lino to anyone.
