Please don't hire this man he replaced my shower witch was ok but is so him to replace handle on toilet he said I need a new toilet so he supplied that and it's been leaking since he did it refuses to pick the phone up so I reported him to my builder

Tom was friendly and professional from start to finish, he worked tirelessly to ensure the job was completed on time within budget and to a high standard. Tom provided us with helpful advice throughout the renovation, to ensure we ended up with the best overall result at the best price and went the extra mile with finishing touches that we wouldn't have considered when getting quotes. As we were not currently living in the property he kept us up to date and informed with daily progress messages and photos, Tom took the stress out of the renovation by dealing with any issues encountered quickly and without complaint. We will definitely consider Tom for any future work we may need and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Genuine, reliable and professional, thanks Tom

What an AMAZING job! Florin and Georghe responded to my advert on this site and we arranged for them to provide a quote. From the very first meeting it was obvious that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were talking about. They put our mind at rest about what could be achieved from the start. The process of refurbing our bathroom, which to us was a massive job, was smooth and professional. From choosing the suite, to knocking down walls, fitting new doors, electrics, plastering, tiling floor and walls, painting, fitting the wet room everything was done to a class 1 standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Florin has an eye for detail and his recommendations on what goes well with what and colour schemes was inspiring. They always cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Spectrum Construction NW and will be doing so to anybody who asks me for a recommendation. We would also use them again and wouldn't dream of looking for anybody else. Nothing but trouble from the start. If you are getting work done PLEASE DO NOT PAY UPFRONT LABOUR, made this mistake, he will find every opportunity to pack his tools and leave because he has his money upfront and has completed very little work. He was extremely difficult to work with, materials were paid before the job, he brings materials at a slow pace when he has the money, we was waiting on more than a handful of materials still. He is not a professional tradesman, his standards are poor and his workmanship is shocking, he left a bath handle loose from the under side and slotted the bath in place knowing it can't be accessed later, told him but ignored and continued. Claims it says hand tighten but step 3 says to properly tighten. Has £458.08 in materials and hasn't delivered them, ignores correspondence, promised to deliver but did not. Left job as wanted another £875 when he is barely halfway. Walked away with £1225 labour claiming 80% complete. Dot and dab used in bathroom.

Robert came to quote for my job and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, on the day he came to start the job, there turned out to be more work required than he originally thought. I was awaiting a new quote from Robert that I sadly never received so the job wasn't started/completed.

Had a job done by another builder that had been left unfinished... We called many builders who said they would either rip the whole bathroom out or charge an extortionate amount to finish off. We called Luqman who was very professional and understanding about what scenario we were left in, he came in and completed the job on time as promised. Was very punctual and was not the typical builder popping in and out wasting time and just got on with it. He literally came and saved the day, would recommend very highly 5*.
