Hi my name is Luke I am fairly new to mybuilder still but I am definately not new to my trade! Multi tradesman with many skills in the building trade but i mainly focus on wooden and laminate flooring, decorating, bathroom fitting and handyman jobs as this is what i enjoy to do. Patio and driveway cleaning, decking refurbishment. 12+ years of experience in painting and decorating and has mainly been high end private jobs by word of mouth and not slap up site or contract work. 6-7 years experience fitting bathrooms, I have worked closely and still do with a qualified plumber and bathroom specialist with 14+ years experience I have a bit of OCD so I am very particular and a perfectionist with my work. I will try to give you the best price possible but I will not be the cheapest on here as I do things properly and doing things properly does take longer! With this type of work, I have found over the years of working with many other tradesmen, you get what you pay for! That being said, I am very reasonable considering my level of work!

I have been a bricklayer for over 30 years, I did 3 years as an apprentice back in 1986, since then I have worked on a number of building projects including industrial, commercial factories and large housing projects for the better part of 10 years after which time, I decided to go self employed, and built brickwork for every thing from simple small garden walls to 100 meter boundary walls , plus brickwork for all sizes of extensions domestic and commercial including all ground work. So it dose not matter how big or small your job is if it's brickwork decorative or plain or block work what ever you need I am your man for the job. I am efficient neat and tidy, I guarantee the best job first time in the shortest and fastest possible time at very good rates. most jobs I will do on a day rate but some larger jobs I may do on a price depending on the nature of the job.
