I am extremely happy with the job Isac has done. We are so very lucky to have found Isac to do our home. At the time of the works we were expecting a baby and Isac worked night and day to make sure our home was ready in time for our sons arrival. Without him we would have been screwed. Isac’s work is extremely professional. He has high standards and is very skilled. He’s honest, direct and respectful. I now consider Isac as a friend. He’s come back a few times since the works to check in and is always on the phone is you have any follow up queries. I would recommend Isac to anyone who has work they needed done. Thank you Isac!!!

Tausif was able to come and complete the job at a mutually agreeable time. He was very efficient and thorough, and completed the job to a high standard. We even asked him to mount a mirror while he was here (not listed in the original job) and he was happy to do it! Pricing was very reasonable and transparent from the start; Tausif sent me a quote before starting the job which we both agreed on. He was very professional and communication was great. I got annoyed many times after what I thought would be a successful project turned out not to be. It significantly overran even though I was told it would take under 2 weeks. All the questions & instructions I emailed well before the start weren't even read because the contractor kept asking me the same things that I'd already answered. I wanted to recycle the worktops & expected that an experienced contractor would attend to that first so as to see if they can be reused, but half way through the installation of a new kitchen I got told I needed to buy new ones. By the time I got them, I was already 3-4 weeks behind. He also failed to do good plumbing in my bathroom by freezing a pipe after I'd upgraded heating- this resulted in a nasty leak through my neighbour's ceiling in the middle of the night, which has so far cost me almost £400. This was not my tab to pick up.There were other issues- I found empty milk bottles & bagged cement left behind. It wasn't my responsibility to clean his rubbish as I got charged by the weight by a waste collector for my own. Finally, the contractor dismantled a perfectly solid piece of large kitchen unit which I emphasised a few times I wanted to keep & he failed to tell me what he did, so it got thrown away with other waste. When I asked for a refund, I got turned down with a rude comment about my boyfriend.After this, I realised I should've done a more thorough research before awarding this job.In short, I wouldn't recommend this contractor.

The bedroom painting and sanding were done well and look nice. However, I am disappointed with the living room ceiling crack repair, as the cracks reappeared the very next day and the ceiling is showing up and downs. My expectation was that the cracks would be properly repaired, not just filled for decoration. During the first visit, I was told the cracks would be fixed and would not be visible again. If the ceiling condition meant this could not be achieved with normal filling and sanding, this should have been explained to me before the work was done rather than later. I was not aware that the cracks could return so quickly (not mentioned before at all) and I would have expected either a more suitable repair method or a clear warning. Therefore, I am disappointed that the result does not match what was promised. And ceiling does not look flat at all which is quite painful to watch. 🥲 Really sad to see this ceiling when lying down on the couch.

He came within one hour of calling at 1900 hours when it is dark to do bathroom extractor fan installation ( material supplied) job needed to go on flat roof he did not have a ladder he came with his tool box he quoted me £ 80.00 I said ok come back tomorrow day time. He said I will do the job now I was surprised how will you see when you turn the power off he used mobile phone light jumped out of the window to go on the flat roof outside and failed to connect the timer on the fan within one hours time he was finished the work was very unprofessional,poor, untidy following day fan start making noise he came back next and start blaming me for tampering with the fan also saying that I am not responsible to fix other people's blunders this is the message on my phone . waste of my hard earned money. I will never hire this person to do any work in my house again.

I have to start off by saying that this is a polite and humble contractor, that despite delivering poor quality was very apologetic and refunded us the cost of the unsalvageable items. However, it would be remiss of me not to leave a review as the job is incomplete and has to be done by someone else. We required a guest toilet replacement. Sadly, amongst other things the wrong connectors were used resulting in waste flowing wrong way and toilet too high for unit, our boxing and tiles were ruined in order to access pipes, and lead rather than plastic being used in addition to mastic seals resulting in leaks. The job was stopped by us. A new contractor is now being sought to rectify - we hope before Christmas. As said initially, contractor was very apologetic and refunded cost of wc and unit. Despite us obviously never being able to use him again, will give 10/10 for customer service. Perhaps a simpler job would be better for him. We wanted a 2 in 1 toilet sink fitted in our guest downstairs toilet.
