I hired Raphael/RJ Builders through MyBuilder for bathroom and floor tiling work. During the works, Raphael broke my Geberit Sigma21 flush plate. I paid him as agreed and at no point refused payment, so any suggestion otherwise is false. I have payment screenshots to evidence this. The replacement flush plate was not unavailable as suggested — it was simply more expensive, which is why Raphael agreed in writing that if I transferred the refunded amount to him, he would source the exact same replacement, cover the additional cost himself, and install it. I transferred the money as agreed, but no replacement has ever been supplied. Raphael later gave a return date to complete the remaining works, including the front door threshold area and refitting the kitchen plinths/kickboards, but failed to attend and then ignored repeated messages despite reading them. The plinths are still sat in my living room and I have been left with incomplete work and no resolution.

We booked Robert after I had seen some of his work on Facebook page, he was polite and professional from quoting to completion, we was having a new kitchen fitted and wanted the down stairs bathroom done too, he worked along side the kitchen fitter with ease (sometimes borrowing tools to him) he also cleaned up after himself and the kitchen fitter !! Robert completed the bathroom on time and perfect in every way he then was set to complete the tiled kitchen floor and again it was done to a professional manner and cleaned up afterwards, both jobs was completed to a professional level and we was very happy with his quality and quote…. We then asked for him to complete the main upstairs bathroom (which again was dated) Robert was quick and completed with again professionalism and was fully capable of completing all tasks from start to finish (this was a true bonus) we would like to recommend Robert to anyone considering upgrading or revamping there bathrooms and tiling

Tomasz our kitchen fitter has been extremely helpful throughout the planning and fitting stages. He kept us informed with any necessary changes, even when the kitchen was delivered and Wren got our order mixed up. Tomasz helped us correct it, to the point that he accompanied us to their showroom and spoke with them clarifying what was needed. He ensured all the appliances were fully tested and working. My advice would be to speak with a kitchen fitter before you buy your kitchen. The fitters have a wealth of knowledge, particularly on where to get the best value units, and which to avoid. We have asked him to do another job for us and are waiting for this to commence. We hope this would be another positive experience. Five Stars for Tomasz.
